Who I am
This website belongs to Alex Robey Registered Dietitian (HPCSA DT0033758, practice number 1144790), Hilton College, 1 Hilton College Road, Hilton, 3245. I am the responsible party and information officer for the personal information collected here, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What I collect
When you send an enquiry, I collect your name, phone number, email address, the reason for your enquiry, how you would like to meet, how you'd prefer to be contacted and anything you choose to write in the message box. I do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Why I collect it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to go ahead, to book and manage your consultations. I will not sell your information or use it for marketing without your separate consent.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is sent to my practice email by an email delivery service. A copy goes to the person who maintains this website, only so that enquiries are never lost. Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. These providers may process information outside South Africa, under their own data protection safeguards.
How long I keep it
If you don't become a patient, I delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you do, your information becomes part of your clinical record, which I keep for as long as the HPCSA requires.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, and you may object to how it is used. Email hcdietitian@hiltoncollege.com. If you are not satisfied with my response, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
